1. Order Confirmation

2. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to: United States only. We do not currently ship to addresses outside these destinations.
3. Processing and Delivery Times

6. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the provided number.
- If you have not received tracking information within 5–7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact help@1stpine.com.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged items: Please report any damaged items within 7 business days of delivery. Email help@1stpine.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your package has not shown movement in 5+ business days, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
