  • Product Description: We specialize in custom t-shirts and print services, utilizing both handmade and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) print methods based on your specific order and submitted designs. We also offer customization services. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen differences or the custom nature of our products.
  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, cases of product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, issues with payment verification, or concerns regarding submitted designs (as outlined in Section 9).
  • Availability: Product availability is subject to stock levels of blank garments and materials. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any item.
  • Fees and Taxes: All applicable fees and taxes (such as sales tax) will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment is processed, in compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept digital wallet payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Payment Timing: Payment for your order will be charged at the time of order placement.
  • Payment Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified, is suspected to be fraudulent, or fails to complete successfully.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply foreign transaction fees and currency conversion rates, for which First Pine Commerce LLC is not responsible.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Carriers: We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries.
  • Processing Time: Standard orders typically require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Transit Time: Standard transit time is generally 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Cutoff Time: The daily cutoff time for order processing is 0:00 PM GTM-7. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
  • Express Shipping: An express shipping option is available for $19.95, with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Shipping Claims: Any claims for lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for eligible items.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

6. Promotions and Discounts

  • Terms: The specific terms and conditions for any promotion, discount, or offer will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
  • Modification/Termination: First Pine Commerce LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or discount at any time without prior notice.

  • Custom Designs for Products:
  • Ownership and Rights: When you submit designs, artwork, text, or any other content (“User Designs”) for custom printing on our products, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights) in the User Designs, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to use and authorize First Pine Commerce LLC to reproduce and print the User Designs.
  • License to First Pine Commerce LLC: You grant First Pine Commerce LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and print your User Designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific order and for internal quality control purposes. This license terminates automatically once your order is fulfilled and delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Indemnification for Designs: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Pine Commerce LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights by the User Designs you submit, or your breach of the warranties and representations in this section.
  • Refusal of Designs: First Pine Commerce LLC reserves the right to refuse to print any User Designs that, in our sole discretion, are deemed unlawful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, infringing upon intellectual property rights, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, your order may be canceled, and a refund issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • No Indirect Damages: First Pine Commerce LLC, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
